Frequently Asked Questions

What are the Robin Mattresses?

The Robin Sleep Collection currently offers two spring mattresses and one foam mattress. The spring mattress comes as a two-piece set with a pocket spring base, and the choice of a Cool Comfort or Plush Comfort topper, included with your purchase.

What is the difference between the Plush Comfort and Cool Comfort?

The Robin Spring Mattress comes as a two-piece set with a pocket spring base, and the choice of a Cool Comfort or Plush Comfort topper, included with your purchase. The Plush Comfort mattress combines absorbent TENCEL™ and memory foam for body contouring comfort, cozy sleep and year-round comfort. The Cool Comfort topper wicks away moisture and promotes airflow for a good night’s sleep, even on the warmest nights. The toppers are designed to be used with the Robin Mattress Base as they zip directly on to the mattress for a complete sleep set. These toppers cannot be used with the Robin Foam Mattress.

What is the Robin Foundation?

The Robin Foundation takes the role of a traditional box spring, and can sit inside your existing bed or stand alone by using the optional metal legs. The Foundation was designed to support your Robin Mattress or an existing mattress. The Foundation is made of wood, easy to assemble, ships by UPS and complements the elegant design of the Robin Mattresses and the Robin Sleep System, all without the springs of a typical box spring.

How is it delivered?

All of the Robin products ship by UPS within a few days in a recyclable cardboard box. There is no need to schedule a delivery. If you purchase furniture in addition to your new mattress, you may have the option for your Robin Mattress to arrive with your new bed and White Glove Delivery Service.
